Warranty Policy

The warranty shall be effective from the date of vehicle registration up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, for the passenger cars and carry pro.

Under the situation that the car you have purchased is within the warranty period and has been under normal use, if the faulty conditions occurred on the parts assembled before the shipment from SUZUKI due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair the faulty conditions at free of charge only if your name is specified in the “Warranty Booklet”. Customers shall be responsible to read the conditions of the warranty specified in the “Warranty Booklet”.
